Who we are

Whippr is a UK-based driving instructor booking platform connecting learner drivers with approved instructors across Lancashire and Greater Manchester. This page explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account details — name, email, password (stored hashed), and role (learner or instructor).
• Instructor profile — postcode, ADI/PDI status, photo, vehicle details, pricing and availability.
• Bookings — lesson dates, times and amounts so you and your instructor have a record.
• Payment data — card details are handled directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: showing instructors to learners, taking secure payments, sending booking confirmations, and complying with UK law. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@whippr.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
